What's the Florafest without rain? well it would be very unsual for a start. PCC's first major diplay was Florafest 2007. Keith, Vicky, Mick, Kelly, Soo and Jeanette completed the initial set up.

Alison, Robyn and a few other committed soles, along with most of the set up team then staffed the display for the duration. The main theme was energy efficiency.

The marquee was a new purchase, and a few eager members put together the props and provided the plants to enhance the display - one member even built a solar drier.

The display survived the torential rain and even though the ground became a quagmire, we managed to get home with just some soggy socks and shoes as a reminder.
