Management Committee
The PCC Management Committee is elected each year at the Annual General Meeting (AGM). Nominations for management positions are called for each year at least two months before the AGM.
Financial Year
The financial year for PCC runs from 1 October to 30 September. Books are audited as at 30 September. Financial statements are presented to members at the AGM.
AGM
The AGM is held each year on the third Tuesday in November. An advert is placed in the public notices of the Express Advocate newspaper at least two months before hand.
Rules of Association
PCC has adopted the Model Rules for Incorporated Associations.
Membership
PCC financial members, as at the date of the AGM, are entitled to participate in the election process for the management committee.
